Francophiles can now enjoy honest French bistro fare in the former Alto's site on Hay Street in Subiaco, courtesy of two of the Perth's best known Gallic chefs. Alain Fabregues, owner of the iconic Loose Box restaurant, and pastry master, Emmanuel Mollois of Choux Cafe in Swanbourne, have joined forces to reopen the cosy, character-filled space with lead light windows with a small evolving bistro menu offering breakfast, lunch, high tea, a five-course set menu dinner and supper.
