New Guide For Melbourne - Fitzroy/Collingwood

Urban Walkabout is excited to announce the arrival of the brand new Urban Walkabout Fitzroy/Collingwood guide, the second in the Urban Walkabout Melbourne series. Tonight will mark the launch of the guide with celebrations and networking drinks at the Gertrude Street Enoteca in Fitzroy.

Featuring original artwork by local artist Carla Fletcher, whose portraits of local Melbournites grace the front cover of all guides in the series, the Urban Walkabout Fitzroy/Collingwood guide exhibit’s Urban Walkabout’s curating skills, showcasing outstanding designer boutiques, galleries, concept stores, cafes and restaurants. Additional Urban Walkabout guides for Melbourne are due for publication in 2012 covering suburb areas of St Kilda, Toorak/Armadale and South Yarra/Prahran/Windsor.

Established in 2006, Urban Walkabout publishes a series of handy, free, urban lifestyle guides and pocket sized maps of popular suburbs across a number of Australian cities (so far Sydney, Perth and Melbourne).
