Established in 2006, Urban Walkabout publishes a series of free, contemporary lifestyle guides featuring fashion, food and design destinations in Sydney, Perth and Melbourne.

A discerning eye for all things creative and innovative in the city, Urban Walkabout is for the urban explorer. Our printed guides include an illustrated map and business images and reviews that help direct readers to a carefully curated selection of boutiques, local artisans, galleries, designers, cafes, bars and restaurants in each location.

Where do I pick up the Urban Walkabout guides?
Find the complete series of Urban Walkabout city guides at most 3-5 star hotels in Sydney, Perth and Melbourne (in display stands or behind the desk with concierge); Visitor Centres and airport business lounges nationally. Each local guide is also available at featured stores in each area. We also distribute local guides in each city via letterbox drops to the surrounding suburbs as part of our commitment to encourage residents to shop local.
